2 motors in perfection

Diamond DA42 NG-VI

The safety of two engines! Operating a multi-engine aircraft is more complex than operating a simple single-engine aircraft, but very comfortable to learn with the DA42 NG-VI.

The robust composite airframe, extremely low fuel consumption and excellent handling make the DA42 NG-VI a great aircraft - equally suited for travel and training. The DA42 NG-VI with a jet fuel engine is the smart choice.

Garmin G1000 - full digital cockpit

The fully integrated G1000 cockpit in our DA42 NG-VI with the latest features and optional ultra-precise GFC700 automatic flight control system provides superior situational awareness, comfort and safety. Available equipment features traffic advisories, Synthetic Vision Technology, entertainment and more.

Garmin's Synthetic Vision Technology (SVT™) creates a visual topographic landscape from the G1000 system's terrain warning database, providing situational awareness orientation.

G1000 seamlessly integrates terrain and navigation databases to provide a clear, concise picture of where you are and where you are headed. A Jeppesen® database supports on-screen navigation, communication and mapping functions. For safer approaches and departures, you can overlay your aircraft's position on the electronic approach chart with optional ChartView™ - available through Jeppesen's JeppView™ subscription service - to provide visual cross-checking. Using information from the integrated terrain, U.S. and Canadian obstacle database, G1000 displays color coding to graphically alert you when proximity conflicts are apparent. In addition, you can augment G1000 with the optional Class B Terrain Awareness and Warning System (TAWS) for an added airborne safety benefit.

DA42 NG-VI - the ideal MEP trainer

The IR rating is not only an additional safety benefit in everyday flying life, but also a prerequisite for many other training courses.

The Instrument Rating (IR) is an additional rating to the license (PPL or CPL) and entitles you to fly an aircraft according to Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). The instrument rating therefore gives you more possibilities to perform a flight safely even in less than optimal weather conditions.

With our DA42 NG-VI you can acquire the MEP VFR rating as well as the MEP IR rating.

Then nothing will stop you from beautiful journeys!

I really enjoyed my training on the DA42 NG-VI. It is a real "pilots plane", reacts precisely and quickly and offers a good feeling of safety due to the 2 engines.
