Aviation Flight Center GmbH is located at Wiener Neustadt airfield (LOAN), 30 kilometers south of the Austrian capital Vienna.
Ideally located on the edge of the Alps and within short flying distance to the Adriatic Sea, you have all the possibilities of a high quality and varied training. Alpine briefing and coastal flying included!
Glass cockpit. From the beginning.
We only use aircraft from the manufacturer Diamond Aircraft, which also has its headquarters at our airfield. All training aircraft are equipped with modern Garmin glass cockpits.
Your PPL flight training starts on the DV20E Katana, a new development of the proven DA20 Katana with Garmin glass cockpit. This state-of-the-art aircraft type was developed by us together with Diamond and is currently only used by us.
Instrument training takes place on the DA40NG, which is equipped for IFR. The DA40NG is a high-performance aircraft with which you will be trained on the latest aircraft technology.
You will complete your MEP (Multi Engine Piston) rating on the latest version of the light twin engine DA42-VI.
All of these aircraft have the latest technology, world-class performance and digital cockpit instrumentation. Our fleet includes more than 14 single- and twin-engine aircraft.
Part of your training will take place on our DA42 simulator. We train on this type longer than legally required, so you'll be fully trained for the challenges of instrument flying.
